James Robert "Jim" Johnson (born June 27, 1983) is an American professional baseball relief pitcher for the Atlanta Braves of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously played in MLB for the Baltimore Orioles, Oakland Athletics, Detroit Tigers, and Los Angeles Dodgers. Johnson was an All-Star in 2012, and won the Rolaids Relief Man Award that year while leading MLB in saves. ==Early life== Johnson was born in Johnson City, New York. He was raised in Endicott, New York and graduated from Union Endicott High School in 2001.
